Call for Storytellers: Stories at the Storey True or False Night
Facts, Lies, half-truths, fiction and tales. Anything goes at Stories at the Storey’s first ever true or false open mic night. Join us September 29 for a night of true or false stories as 3-5 storytellers share stories that will make you think, laugh, cry or anything in between. As always the event is free.
Do you have an engaging 3-5 minute true or false story to share? If so, Stories at the Storey would love to hear it at this month’s true or false open mic night. To sign up for a storytelling slot, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Whether you come to listen or to read, join us for an evening of stories that will make you laugh, cry, think, move, connect. All we know for sure is that each story will be true--unless, it's false.
Storytelling builds relationships, community and it's a great way to spend a Thursday night.
Sponsored by Grad College, Stories at the Storey is an award-winning community arts event and a BBC Get Creative Event.
Light refreshments will be served.
